Allen Sudac has been specializing in renovation, retrofit and restoration projects of residential and light commercial buildings for the past 25 years.  Working as both a project/contract manager and hands on contractor, he has gained a diverse and comprehensive knowledge of all trades and a first-rate reputation for managing projects successfully.  Working alongside interior designers, architects and professional engineers, with an exceptional ability to analyze, evaluate and solve problems quickly and efficiently, Allen has proven to be instrumental in assisting our clients with their specific project needs.

Allen is also an IICRC certified Water Damage Restoration, Fire & Smoke Restoration, Applied Microbial Remediation and Odour Control Technician.  As such, he understands and appreciates that not all insurance/restoration projects are the same in nature, and different approaches are often required.  Having these certifications is one of the reasons why our customers can be assured that Allen is an experienced and qualified professional within the restoration and construction industry.
